Lead Locator Plus (LLP), a flexible Web-based lead generation tool that searches
LSI's proprietary national real property database for highly qualified mortgage
leads. LLP enables lenders to request and obtain custom-qualified leads on
demand. Lead selection criteria options include loan-to-value, interest rate,
refi status, mortgage characteristics, property and ownership characteristics,
market value, geographic area, available equity and the option to select only
records with phone numbers. Output formats include Lead Sheet, labels and a
variety of download options.
